The Thrifty Heifer provides western and boho fashion at an affordable price to the Southern Maryland area. It is a mix of a thrift store and a boutique, shall I say a thrift boutique ! New and used men and women's items. The shop started in a 1987 renovated camper, but has made its way inside of Herring Creek Furniture @ Cecil's Old Mill.
